BMW Off Road Skills
BMW’s experienced instructors teach over 400 riders each year and their planned, two-day itinerary will challenge riders of all abilities. During the course – which takes place in the 4000-acre Walters Arena enduro park – students are taught the fundamental techniques of off-road riding, plus loads of handy hints to ensure you leave the school a better rider. Participants can choose to ride either a BMW F650 GS or a F650 GS Dakar motorcycle, both of which cater for tall or short riders. And for the first time, more confident riders can try a R1200 GS for size.

Fast-Trak
More an experience than a training school Fast-Trak courses run over half, or a full day and aim to get everyone leaving with a big smile on their face. The trail ride consists of a social evening on the day of arrival, a day on bikes and a relaxing evening as a finale. You stay overnight in a pub and, as we said, the emphasis is on a satisfying day out rather than serious schooling, making it ideal for a group of friends.
Level: beginner to intermediate (must hold provisional or full driving licence)
